EcoOnline has formed a partnership with environmental, health and safety consultancy ALL4. The agreement combines EcoOnline's EcoOne platform with ALL4's consulting and regulatory work for organisations in heavily regulated sectors.

The arrangement is designed to help clients manage environmental, health and safety requirements by linking software with advisory services. ALL4 will act as an implementation partner and subject-matter adviser, using EcoOnline's digital tools, including artificial intelligence features, within customers' regulatory and operational frameworks.

The partnership focuses on three areas: EHS management and occupational safety; chemical and environmental compliance; and digital transformation tied to sustainability reporting. It will target sectors including power, oil and gas, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, and other industries with extensive compliance obligations.

EcoOnline cited findings from its 2026 Global Workplace Safety Report that point to pressure on employers to improve the systems they use to manage safety. According to the report, 49% of workers have experienced a workplace accident or illness, while 74% said more digital tools would make them feel safer at work.

Safety focus

Under the arrangement, EcoOnline's EHS software will be paired with ALL4's occupational health and safety advisory work. This is intended to improve visibility over hazards and incidents, support workforce engagement, and help organisations build more consistent safety processes.

The chemical and environmental compliance element combines EcoOnline's chemical management software with ALL4's work in air quality, chemical reporting, waste management and water quality. The aim is to help clients manage obligations with clearer data, more consistent processes and stronger oversight.

A third strand covers digital transformation and sustainability. ALL4's digital consulting and sustainability services will be matched with EcoOnline's software platform to help customers replace fragmented processes, improve reporting and gain a broader view of EHS and sustainability performance.

ALL4 has offices and remote experts across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America. EcoOnline said its software is used by more than 11,000 businesses. The initial focus will be on opportunities where ALL4's consulting and digital work aligns with EcoOnline's EHS, chemical management and sustainability products, with scope to widen the relationship later.

Regulated sectors

The deal reflects continued demand from industrial and regulated businesses for systems that bring compliance and operational information together in one place. Companies in sectors such as chemicals, energy and pharmaceuticals are under pressure to manage incident reporting, environmental obligations and workforce safety across multiple sites and jurisdictions.

Consultancies and software providers have increasingly sought partnerships that combine regulatory interpretation with digital tools, as customers look for ways to standardise processes and improve visibility across operations. The use of artificial intelligence in EHS software has also grown, with vendors presenting it as a way to help staff work more efficiently with internal policies, incident data and compliance records.

EcoOnline said its AI tools are grounded in an organisation's approved policies and processes. In this partnership, those tools will sit alongside ALL4's technical advice on environmental, health and safety requirements.

"Organisations operating in highly regulated industries frequently struggle to turn complex regulatory requirements into consistent action across their operations. By pairing ALL4's practical regulatory and implementation expertise with our EcoOne connected technology platform and context-aware AI, customers can move faster from identifying risk to managing it consistently across their operations," said Kris McKenzie, Chief Revenue Officer at EcoOnline.

Mike Myers, who leads digital solutions work at ALL4, said customers are seeking practical ways to manage changing EHS and sustainability demands.

"Our clients need practical solutions to manage increasingly dynamic and complex EHS and sustainability demands. By combining ALL4's strategic and technical expertise with EcoOnline's comprehensive technology platform, we can help organisations turn regulatory requirements and data into actionable, sustainable programmes that simplify compliance, empower frontline teams and deliver measurable value," Myers said.
